More loving, connected, and positive family interactions

Improved sleep and a calmer, more emotionally regulated child

Better focus, learning, and performance at school

These results reflect the power of targeting the root causes of meltdowns with brain-based, science-backed strategies.

FAQ's

Is my child’s NDIS plan eligible?

Absolutely! You can purchase the Meltdown Masterclass without NDIS funding. We offer a straightforward private payment option that gives you immediate access to the full 6-week online course. Whether or not you’re using NDIS funding, the course is designed to provide you with practical, brain-based strategies to help your child manage meltdowns and improve emotional regulation at your own pace. Is my child’s NDIS plan eligible?

In most cases, yes!

We work with both Plan Managed and Self Managed NDIS participants.

Unfortunately, we cannot invoice NDIA (Agency Managed) participants.

You can claim our services under the "Carer/Parent Training" line item, which falls under the Capacity Building - Improved Daily Living budget.

If "Parent/Carer Training" is not specifically listed in your child’s plan, don't worry! The NDIA will assess your request based on the following:

Is it reasonable and necessary?

We provide education, training, and support for parents and carers of children with autism. The NDIS sees this as a reasonable and necessary service (you do not need to have an ASD diagnosis to join the program).

Is it good value for money?

Our program offers hours of training, plus lifetime access to our 24/7 support group, which includes certified coaches.

Does it work toward the participant's goals?

It's helpful if your child's plan includes goals related to emotional regulation, improved behaviour, and mental health.

Note: The "Carer/Parent Training" line item can be used with both ECI and NDIS plans.

How much time will I need to commit to the Meltdown Masterclass?

The course runs for 6 consecutive weeks, offering a comprehensive, yet manageable approach. While it’s intensive, with daily bite-sized information and tasks, we understand the importance of not adding to your stress. Lifetime access to the program means you can revisit the content at any time that suits you.

Here’s what you can expect:

The Head Coach, Josh Davison, holds a Bachelor's in Health Science and a Graduate Diploma in Education (Secondary). He is also a member of the Interdisciplinary Association of Functional Neurosciences and Rehabilitation (IAFNR).Throughout the program, you'll receive guidance from Josh and other highly qualified coaches, each bringing their own expertise. You can learn more about our coaches and their backgrounds

I have been told NDIS won't pay for service BEFORE they are provided. How does this work?

While it is true that the NDIS does not pay for future services, our Course has no end date as you gain lifetime access to the Membership Portal. Therefore, we cannot bill at the conclusion of the Course, as there is no "end date".  We satisfy the NDIS requirements by giving you immediate access to the course content upon payment of the invoice.

What is the difference between this program and traditional therapies?

Traditional therapies often focus on managing your child’s symptoms, providing short-term relief. Our program goes deeper by addressing the underlying brain imbalances that drive those challenges. By targeting the root causes, we support lasting, meaningful change that helps your child thrive long-term.

Can I join if my child doesn’t have a diagnosis?

Yes! You don’t need a formal diagnosis to join the program. While we specialise in supporting children with neurodiversity, our approach is beneficial for any child struggling with emotional regulation, behaviour, or other developmental challenges.

Do you offer ongoing support after the program ends?

Yes! Even after completing the program, you will have lifetime access to the Membership Portal and our online support group. This means you can continue receiving support, updates, and access to helpful resources long after the program concludes.

How do I access the course materials?

Upon enrolling, you'll get immediate access to the course materials through our online platform. You'll be able to watch videos, access exercises, and participate in the support group at your convenience. The course is accessible from any device with internet access.

How long will I have access to the course materials?

You will have lifetime access to all course materials, including videos, resources, and the online support group. You can return to the content at any time to review or catch up on anything you missed.

What if I fall behind in the course?

You can go at your own pace. Since you have lifetime access to the content, there’s no pressure to finish everything within the 6-week period. You can revisit the material whenever you need to.

What if my child has tried everything and nothing has worked?

Many parents come to us frustrated and exhausted after trying countless therapies with little success. Our brain-based approach is different because we address the root cause—brain imbalances—rather than just managing symptoms.

If traditional therapies or medication haven’t worked, our brain-based approach could be the missing piece!
