Interactive Metronome
For NDIS Clients:
Self Managed - Upon completion of this form you will be sent an invoice for payment.
Plan Managed - Upon completion of this form you will be sent a recommendation letter and invoice for you to submit to your Plan Manager.
For Private Clients:
Upon completion of this form, depending on your preference, you will be sent an invoice for payment or directed to make payment now by credit/debit card.
Shipping Timeframes:
Once the invoice is paid/payment received the IM will be ordered from the US. (We place orders monthly on the 1st of each month)
Once the IM arrives in Australia it will be mailed directly to you. (This usually takes about 2-3 weeks)
You will then receive an email with login details for the IM as well as a direct contact for the US Interactive Metronome office for any "troubleshooting" when setting up or using the IM.
NB. IM's ordered before the cut off date (1st of the month) will usually be delivered to you with the last 2 weeks of the next month. Eg. an order placed on May 20th (before June 1st) will be received by mid-end July.
Please provide the address of where you want the Interactive Metronome sent. This needs to be a physical address, cannot post to a PO Box.
